Sophisticated investors must have sufficient knowledge and experience in financial and business matters to make them capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the prospective investment.
To qualify as an accredited investor, you must have a net worth over $1 million, excluding the primary residence (individually or with spouse or partner) or have an income over $200,000 individually or $300,000 with spouse or partner in each of the prior two years, with the expectation for the same the current year.
The minimum investment amount is $100,000.
Our target IRR is between 17% to 19%.
One of the main advantages of investing in real estate is depreciation benefits. Above the standard real estate depreciation, there are bonus depreciation strategies that provide a first-year K-1 loss of usually 70% or higher of the investment amount. Consult your CPA for your specific benefits.
Investments with Waahe are open to accredited investors. On some investment opportunities, we can take a small number of non-accredited investors and sophisticated investors. Please contact us to learn more.
